tumor scanner project

I teach java for a KAP class in high school. I am trying to complete the tumor scanner project so if students have questions then I am able to help them. The instructions are very unclear on how the input is supposed to work for this project. And since there is no solution example for those of us on the free plan, I have no way to figure out how to get the code checker to give a thumbs up.

I have the file reading in the SampleIO.txt file, but that only gets me checks for those inputs and the other checks are incorrect. Since I do not know how to get the other inputs into the program. It only mentions the scanner. Does it want user input, file input ….

Incredibly frustrating.
